Passage entries include; Time, Latitude/Longitude, Course, Leeway, Log/Trip, Distance covered, Sail plan, Sail reef detail, Wind direction/strength, Weather, Engine status/log speed, Sea Condition and Remarks/Observations. In all, over 37 individual items.
Each log book entry page is individually numbered. This is important as the log book is a legal document.
The paper used throughout is 200 gsm. matt (ultra smooth) and suitable for writing on with pencil or ball point pen. Quick drying ink pens may also be used.

The outer front and back covers give superb protection to your log book.
The complete Sailing Log Book pages are punched on one long edge (the 'binding edge') and securely bound together with a C shaped metal wire. (blue colour).

Mayday & Pan-Pan Emergency Radio Call Procedure Cockpit Cards for Sailing Yachts and Motor Vessels

This is a set of 2 plastic heat encapsulated cards, (supplied as 2 pages in 1 encapsulated pouch), a full A4 size which will be invaluable should you need to make an emergency 'Mayday' or 'Pan-Pan' call whilst at sea. The cards include all the essential details required to make the Coast Guard or emergency services aware of your emergency. The cards are part of our passage planning series and are available to you direct from the designer.
The Mayday distress call procedure is on one side, and the Pan-Pan call procedure is on the reverse. The two cards are supplied in one plastic heat encapsulated matt finish pouch upon which you can write using 2B pencil or permanent marker pen for details which do not change.
Our Radio Emergency Mayday and Pan-Pan cockpit cards takes the user through the spoken Mayday and/or Pan-pan procedure, and each type of distress call is treated separately. The set of forms need to be secured close to your VHF or DSC radio, either in the cockpit, or at the radio station below deck. The essential details such as Your Boat Name, Call Sign and MMSI identification number may be initially filled in by the user, so that they will be ready for instant use should the need arise. The procedure can then be read out by the person making the call, in a calm and controlled manner, who may not be the skipper or indeed have any training in making such calls, thereby allowing them to make the call in the correct protocol required by the Coast Guard. Waterproof and supplied in Matt finish both sides, each card can be written on using a 2B pencil.
